Hello! My name is Aly and I have a goal to become a Certified Nutritionist/Coach. I have chosen to do my research and find my own homemade recipes to help not only myself, but my family as well, eat better and live a healthier lifestyle. I do struggle with having a picky eater in my household, but I’ve suffered being a picky eater myself my entire life. I have discovered that I’m not just a picky eater, I struggle with sensory issues when it comes to trying new foods with different tastes and textures. My son, who is now 5 years old, is highly against trying new foods because he mirrors my reactions to new foods. I have found that finding new ways to incorporate vegetables (which I downright loathe) into recipes I enjoy on a daily basis is an option that I’m willing to explore! I personally cannot handle tastes and textures of mostly vegetables, so finding ways to blend/puree them up and hide them in my foods has been my newest adventure!
